Request account deletion

Deletion removes access and starts review of personal account data. Transaction, ledger, funding, fraud-prevention and audit records required by law or needed to resolve disputes may be retained and restricted for their applicable retention period.

Withdraw or spend any remaining wallet balance before requesting deletion. You can also submit this request from Account → Request account deletion in the NascoData app.
