NascoData Terms of Service

Account and security
Provide accurate registration and recipient details, keep your password, transaction PIN, device and delivered exam/token output private, and notify support promptly of unauthorized use. Biometric unlock protects locally stored session credentials but does not replace server authorization.
Wallet and purchases
Your displayed wallet represents service-purchase value recorded in the NascoData ledger and is not described as a bank deposit, savings or lending product. Review the provider, recipient and quoted charge before entering your transaction PIN. Telecom and bill services that have been delivered normally cannot be recalled.
Pending outcomes and refunds
Do not repeat a transaction marked Processing or Review. NascoData will query the provider where supported or send the transaction for operational reconciliation. A confirmed non-delivery is reversed to the wallet ledger; an uncertain outcome is not automatically resent or reversed until evidence is available.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering, abuse of providers, automated request flooding or unlawful activity. We may rate-limit operations, revoke sessions or suspend activity to protect users and providers.
Availability and liability
Prices, routes and provider availability are server-controlled and may change before confirmation. We take reasonable measures for reliability and security but third-party networks can be delayed or unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Closure and records
You may request deletion in the app or through the account-deletion page. Required financial, dispute, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained for applicable periods.
