NascoData Privacy Policy
Effective 9 August 2026
Information we process
We process the name, email address, phone number and account identifiers you provide; wallet balance, virtual funding-account details, wallet funding, purchase and receipt history; login/device sessions, notification tokens, support messages and security/audit events. We do not store your password or transaction PIN in readable form, and provider credentials are never included in the mobile app.
Why we process it
We use this information to create and secure your account, allocate a funding account, perform requested airtime/data/bill services, maintain an auditable wallet ledger, prevent fraud and duplicate charges, reconcile provider outcomes, send service/security notifications, answer support requests, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.
Sharing and transfers
Only the data required to fulfil a request is sent to the selected payment, telecom or bill-service provider. Hosting, email and notification processors may handle limited data under their service terms. We do not sell personal information. Identity-verification features are not enabled without a separate legal and privacy review.
Retention and security
Account profile data is retained while the account is active. Financial, transaction, fraud-prevention, audit and reconciliation records may be retained after account deletion where law, dispute handling or legitimate security obligations require it. Access tokens are short-lived, sessions can be revoked, passwords/PINs are hashed, and sensitive purchase output requires re-authentication.
Your choices and rights
You can update profile details, review sessions, contact support and request account deletion in the app. You can also use the public account-deletion page. Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, object to or restrict processing and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Contact and changes
Use Contact support in the NascoData app for privacy questions or rights requests. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. The final legal entity name, registered address and privacy contact must match the Play Store listing before public launch.
